Substance abuse
Pacific Seminars' Substance Abuse programs main focus is to provide information about the use and abuse of alcohol and drugs.
Participants in this program will learn the legal, social, and psychological issues caused by alcohol/drug abuse as well as the physiological effects that alcohol/drugs have on their bodies, specifically the central nervous system and the liver.
Common referrals and offenders are those who have committed minor alcohol or marijuana offenses.
Substance Abuse classes are 4 hours in length and at the end of the course the student will receive a certificate of completion in which they will need to return to the court to verify attendance and completion.
Substance Abuse classes are offered throughout the state of California.
